Game Viewing & Activities:

The Okavango delta is renowned for its great natural beauty and diversity; renowned as a haven for rare species such as the elusive Sitatunga Antelope; renowned as a birdwatchers paradise with "specials" such as Pel's Fishing Owl. Camp Okavango is the ideal Okavango base from which to discover the secrets of this wetland ecosystem.

All game viewing activities are conducted by resident naturalist guides and include exploring the Okavango by canoe and river craft on wildlife and bird watching expeditions. Guided nature walks on the islands of the Delta afford an opportunity to track some of the larger species that inhabit this water wilderness. Fishing for the fighting Tiger Fish, Pike and Bream is excellent.
